Guatemala’s central highlands produce some of the world’s best most distinctive flavored coffees. This coffee comes from Antigua in the countryside west of the old capital of Guatemala Antigua. This bean is of the class of “strictly hard bean” which is the highest grade and is grown at an altitude of 4,500 feet or higher. Antigua has a very distinct spicy, or smoky flavour that sets it apart from all other coffees comes across as a twist to the tastebuds.
